Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Salary: $120,000+ Up & Project Completion Based Bonuses
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and top-notch quality. You’ll lead teams, coordinate resources, and maintain smooth operations throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with extensive field expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for managing people and projects. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, inspect, and approve daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate and schedule materials, parts, and subcontractor efforts.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and budget goals.
- Procure and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable for results.
- Secure construction sites to prevent theft and damage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager
- Project management certification is preferred
- 10+ years of proven experience managing residential construction projects.
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
- Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
- Familiar with Google Sheets and construction management software
- Ability to break large projects into small steps
Compensation: $120,000.00 per year
